Who is Bison Residency?
Bison Residency is a premium men’s accommodation located in the vibrant Shanthinagar area of Bangalore. We provide well‑maintained, fully furnished rooms, supported by professional housekeeping and an on‑site manager to ensure a hassle‑free stay, plus a wide range of modern amenities like high‑speed Wi‑Fi and 24×7 CCTV surveillance for comfort and peace of mind.
What’s included in my rent?
Your rent covers a fully furnished room (bed, mattress, wardrobe, study table, chair), access to attached or common bathrooms with 24×7 hot & cold water, regular housekeeping of rooms and common areas, use of a washing machine, meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) with filtered/RO drinking water, and access to high‑speed Wi‑Fi, power backup, security systems (CCTV / biometric entry), and shared recreation spaces such as the TV lounge, gaming zone, and library.
